***A new sports physical is required every 2 years. Please check with the office to see if a new physical is needed if you are unsure. You can upload as pdf or submit to the school office.

IMPORTANT: As part of our commitment to good stewardship and integrity, students may participate in school-sponsored sports only when their sports fees have been paid in full and their parents or guardians are current on all tuition and financial obligations to the school. This policy helps ensure accountability and faithful management of the resources God has entrusted to our school community.
