Payment Of Tuition

Payment schedule will be set up based on the number of months you choose to pay your student’s tuition. Those with students PreK-12 who pay in full by August 20th will receive a 5% discount off the total tuition. Fees and other charges are not included in this discount. Only one discount is authorized, the highest discount taking precedence.

Financial Aid Guidelines

If you have a desire to place your child(ren) in MCA and are in need of financial aid, please contact  bfaria@mannahouseacademy.com. It is the school’s desire to make sure that a family who does not have the financial means but has a strong desire to attend our school receive help as much as possible to achieve their academic goals. However, as a small and privately funded school, financial support is always in demand and limited. To this end, the MCA financial aid board makes every attempt to raise funds for this purpose. Therefore, financial aid applications are reviewed very carefully and performed with a highly confidential analysis of all applicants, before final decisions are made.

Additional Charges Per Student

New enrollment registration fee is $85.00 for each child, non-refundable. Upon finalization of contracts, a $55 non-refundable FACTS Enrollment Fee, also known as the Tuition Management Fee, will be included in your first payment. If you choose an annual or semi annual payment plan the fee will be $25. For enrollments completed after June 30th, an additional tuition management fee of $50 will be applied. Re-enrollment Registration: $60 (if paid by the early enrollment deadline)

Charges will be coded as “CFI” (Charge from Institution). If the fee is returned unpaid, it may reattempt automatically. Additional charges do not include expenses incurred through participation in special events or field trips.
